Sir u will need cxr and usg abdomen.so that any abnormality can be detected which might be the reason.its a chronic pain so unlikely to be of cardiac origin.Actually to come to diagnosis and rule out causes of ur symptoms a thorough history is required.plz consult online.

Maintain good posture: Sit and stand up straight to reduce strain on your back. Lift correctly: Bend your knees when lifting heavy objects and use your legs, not your back, to lift. Stay active: Regular exercise can help strengthen your back and improve flexibility. Take breaks: If you have a desk job, make sure to take breaks and stretch throughout the day. Sleep well: Use a comfortable mattress and pillows that support your back. Watch your weight: Maintaining a healthy weight can reduce the stress on your back. Stay hydrated and eat a balanced diet: Proper nutrition can support overall back health. Avoid smoking: Smoking can contribute to back problems by reducing blood flow to the spine. Manage stress: Stress can exacerbate back pain, so find stress-reduction techniques that work for you.

Need more details history for giving a medical Advice; However in non traumatic cases commonly back pain is associated with Postural cause,Muscle weakness/spasm, Muscle/ligament strain, degenerative disk disease, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis (may be due to thyroid disease) etc . If it parsists for more than a week you should consult with Doctor. Some initial investigations may be required like; an  X Ray of your Spine & Chest, and an ECG maybe required as per your history.
