Pain in anal area
I am having piles problem from many years. Symptoms which i had was pain, and heavy bleeding but from the last month i am having severe pain like tearing with blade while passsing stools but there is not any bleeding while passing stool. How should i cure that pain. Please suggest.

I would suggest you to start a fibre rich diet, soft diet...
Avoid all junk foods, dry and packed foods..
Start any laxative syrup daily like duphalac 2 tsf at night to cure hard stools...
Try taking sitz bath daily 20 minutes thrice a day

Hello dear,no need to worry,You are suffering from Fissure , Apply Jatyadi ghrit locally twice a day, Take Abhayarista 4 tsf bid with equal amount of water after meals

Severe pain in anal area usually happens due to Fissure.
There are very good medicines in Ayurveda for fissure and also Piles.
