Pain full and gum recession
I have pain in gum and seems gum recession in many teeth. Its become  worst while eating non veg.please suggests medicine or mouthwash.

You need proper and deep cleaning and polishing of teeth. And after that if you have any attrition on your tooth, then that tooth need to be filled. Medicine and mouth wash will give you temporary relief only. So better to consult doctor.
