Pain consultation
There's tremendous pain in right hand bicep this is too old but now making more trouble for me. Can't stretch it or do daily activity. There's also a back pain, can't sleep straight. There's also pain in the neck.

There might b some problem in your spine n arm pain can be due to that. So better u visit to the manual Physiotherapist and continue Physiotherapy and correction of your back bone. Also start strengthening exercises for muscle around

Hi.., u need to consult an orthopedician 1st considering your complaints. Ur entire spine seems to be weak..

Concerning your complains,you definitely need Physiotherapy treatment.If you are bound to sitting job or travelling, try to avoid for considerable days.

Your problem seems to be due to compensations occurred in your body. The probable reason could be ignorance from your side. Now you might not be having any further compensation left that's why it getting nagging day by day. Consult a physiotherapist, he will assess and provide you corrective exercises.
