Suspected bicep tear
Hello doctor, Actually one week ago, while exercising I had slight discomfort in my left bicep area. After one to two days after that incident I am not able to completely straighten my left hand and whenever I try to do that I have pain slight above elbow in bicep area and 10-15 cm beneath the elbow. There is no swelling or bruising or muscle migration of muscle to up or down . Does there is bicep tendon tear ? If yes can it be healed on it's own without any external help ?

Chiropractic adjustment and osteopathy treatment will help. 1. Ice Pack over the pain area. 2. Stretching of Forearm muscles
