Hi, I am attaching my spine xray report. Is there any exercise that I can do regularly to solve this? Please suggest if there is anything.

If there is severe paint don't do any exercises firstly visit the therapist or online consultation is required before proceeding the treatment

Hello...u can use back rest for supporting ur spine while sitting.Exercises like stretching and strengthening the back and abdominal muscles can reduce further curving.

Yes, exercises help but looking for generalised exercise isn't a great idea. Consult a Physiotherapist to formulate a long term physical rehabilitation plan. Change and improvise the exercises from time to time as advised.

your MRI is showing spondylosis but your lower back muscles will imbalance for that we need to know wich side muscle we need to strengthen and wich side muscle need to stretch So you need to get a proper assessment and treatment with nearby physiotherapist
