Pain behind right ear back of head neck
Past 2 days I have had pain behind the right ear in in my neck shoulder and head region on the right side. I put Volini and slept and it was fine in the morning but As soon as I start working on my laptop or carry something heavy it starts again please help me.

Hi you can meet us for the better treatment of yourself... Bi the way for now you need to do some isometric neck exercises.. Avoid laptop for a day if possible and after that when you will start working again, don't let your neck bend down and for a long time remain in same straight position too.. Move your neck right left up and little down after every 10 minutes
