Pain behind jaw and ear and molars
I am having a pain for last 1 month behind jaw. Radiating till ear. Also having jaw pain and pain and feeling of pressure in lower molar. I am having a flap over my third molar as well. And that molar is decayed. Also the gum feels swollen and some part of the teeth is under the gum. What can it be. Please help. The pain is constant dull pain. Which increases while sleeping on one side of cheek. I have attached photo.

Hello sir..
it is due to the caries (DECAY)of the 3rd molar that is very deep (reaches pulp) which causes radiating pain....As it is the 3 rd molar you need to go for surgical removal of teeth.....

It is due to carious 3rd molar
Get a x ray done
If there is infection till pulp beter go for rct oe its removal if not possible

Hi... Good morning. Your tooth has decay which is causing abscess and troubles you are facing. We can do single visit root canal treatment and save the tooth. We need to check if your upper jaw also has opposing tooth for chewing. If last third molar in upper jaw is good then we advise you to save this lower jaw tooth in question. After consultation with you we can decide whether to save your tooth or remove it. Both options are available.

One option is to go for root canal treatment along with removal of the gum tissue above the tooth....
Second option will b extraction of the symptomatic tooth.

third molar shows decay in pic . if treated your all symptoms will reduce . pain radiating towards ear lower jaw dull pain is referred pain because of decayed third molar . visit a dentist .

There seems to be a deep cavity in your lower wisdom tooth which led to food impaction and gum inflammation in that area. You must visit a dentist soon and get it extracted as wisdom tooth are functionless in nature. Meanwhile you can take tablet ketorol.dt s.o.s for pain.

It looks like the decay in your wisdom tooth is causing your symptoms. You need treatment for that. Either RCT of possible or extraction.
