Pain at the Back of Right knee mustles
I used to run regularly till 1 year back ..... after that it got discontinued for various reasons. Now whenever i try running/jogging, after 1~2 Km, a pain get developed in veins/ muscles at the back of my right knee. It increases, if i push myself and stop immediately, if i stop running and start walking or stand still. Can you please help me ?

As you mentioned you’re a runner, there are two types of runner called gliders and gazzers. Run with heel stike the other is mid foot running. I hope with your pain you use your mid foot to run, these runners usually develop tightness in the back of the leg, bcoz of the joints closed kinetics

This happens very commonly in sports person due to withdrawal of workout. Muscles gets tight, circulation gets stenosis thus people feel pain with little activity only. This can be treated by stretching and compression consult us online for the needful.

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

U need to have an XRay done for the back To rule out low back pain
