Hello
I am having dull pain in area which connects neck to chest.
Pain is there when i push something with my hand.
I think i got it from sleeping on one side.
Pain is there from 2 week.
Pain can be felt above collar bone .
Is it serious problem
Should i go for doctor consult.
It is not sharp pain.

Hello,
Ice pack 3times a day for 3 to 4 days on the painfull area. Kindly follow icing rules for best benefit.
If pain persists kindly visit you physio for a consult. Your physio will examine you and advice exs required to handle it and ensure it doesn't reccur again.
Hi. Looks like Upper Trapezius muscle stain.
Give hot fermentation twice a day. Avoid any kind of physical activities which aggravates your pain. Consult a nearby physiotherapist if pain persists again and again.
Hot fomentation x twice daily.
Neck Exercises.
Neck Stretching.
Postural Correction.
Shoulder Shrugs .
Core Strengthening Exercises.
Take frequent Breaks at work
Use cervical pillow.
Use Back Support.
Self Massage the back of neck.
