Pain and fast blood circulation in hand
My left hand was paining since two days and Today i suddenly started feeling sensations in my hand and my palm and fingers got swollen and became red which seems like very fast blood circulation. Then my right palm also got swollen and i felt like unable to fold my fingers may be due to swelling and fast/slow blood circulation. It lasts for 30 mins and then someone gave me ice to hold on both my hands to control the blood flow and after holding it for 15-20 mins i felt relaxed. Blood flow got normal but my left hand still has pain even after 6 hours. Please suggest

Have you suffered from fever in recent past ? Does anyone in your family has arthritis? Do you work for long hours sitting on table or using laptop. Is pain radiating from neck ? Seems spondylitis from your description but a proper detailed discussion is required to confirm this.
