Pain and burning sensation

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I am suffering from pain and burning sensation on my penis after urination and also on my scrotum sac .if i hold the scrotum for some time it feels good but after sometime it occurs again .and i am a type 1 diabetic patient and i also have taken all possible medicine for this pain but not got relieve so now i want to know what to do
