Since you have good erections, the perceived softness/shrinkage over the last 4–5 months does not necessarily indicate penile damage or loss of size. Penis appearance can fluctuate with temperature, stress, weight, hydration and the degree of flaccidity. Your frequent urination (~10 times/day) is a separate symptom that deserves evaluation rather than assuming it is caused by the penis change. Anxiety and persistent overthinking can also affect sexual perception and pelvic-floor/bladder symptoms. A proper history and examination are more useful than repeatedly checking or measuring the penis.

with out a direct consultation, tests or any other investigation is not possible; You can connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5 for a confidential Ayurvedic consultation focused on sexual health, lifestyle and health management.
Health Tips
Don't repeatedly measure, stretch or inspect the penis—this can increase anxiety and make normal fluctuations appear significant. Limit excessive tea/coffee/energy drinks, avoid drinking large amounts of water unnecessarily, exercise regularly and work toward healthy weight management. Keep a 3-day bladder diary before your consultation; it is one of the most useful pieces of information for understanding urinary frequency. Thank you
