I have a weird pain in the shaft of my Penis. It is almost as if it'll burst at any time. It doesn't happen always but every once in a while and only when my penis is erect. It starts from the middle of the shaft and pushes towards the sides of the Penis.

We cannot say anything with certainty about this pain without examining you. However, I want to let you know that pain along the penile shaft, inside the scrotum, and inside the lower pelvis is often caused by prolonged sexual excitement which is not relieved through masturbation or intercourse. This is much more common persons of your age. SO, check if you experienced strong, prolonged sexual desire and arousal a little before the pain in penis started.
If yes, just masturbating will solve the problem. If this is not the case with you, you should see a urologist.

There isn't sufficient information to reach a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to visit the urologist so that you can have a physical examination and undergo the necessary investigations to find the underlying cause of the problem and have it treated accordingly. If the problem persists or worsens visit the urologist at the earliest.
