Blood in semen & pain after ejaculation
I noticed brownish pinkish semen in start which is now more of brownish its been 20 days and 6 back to back ejaculation(spanning 3weeks) where i have noticed unusual colour and discomfort after ejaculation more of pain and burning sensation attaching pictures below for reference thankyou

Blood in semen (hematospermia) is usually painless and frequently resolves on its own. Causes include infections (UTIs, STIs, prostatitis), inflammation, trauma.
