Masturbation in moderation per se in not dangerous or harmful. when it becomes excessive and doing it without full sexual urge or urge caused momentarily by watching porno etc may produce Premature Ejaculation (PE) and Condioned Erections of penis leading to erection problems (ED). If semen is mixed with blood (fresh) indicates some injury in the passages of Urinary tract or in foreskin of penis due to vigrous masurbatory act. Its better you go to Sexologist for genital exam to find out source of blood and its treatment.
