Pain after scaling
I had done rct 1 year back but the seal got broken so now I went to dentist for sealing and also scaling... Both done on different dates but after scaling my teeth is paining while eating... I can't chew with that teeth... Can you please advise what to do

If it is due to scaling,it must go itself with in 5 days ..if not get an xay done

Hello mam, Scaling will not cause any pain and further more you can get a x ray done and see it it required re RCT and get it treated.

Was there no crown on rct treated tooth? Scaling doesn’t cause pain

Get an X-ray done for that tooth. It could be reinfected or have a crack. Treatment depends on the diagnosis .re root canal may be required if it is infected. Capping is a must after root canal

Scaling does not cause pain . Plz visit to check if there is any high point in that tooth after filling.
