Hello Doctor, my baby has not passed stool for the last 2 days. He is 2 month old baby boy
Baby is feeding well and urinating normally. Is this okay or should I be concerned? Please advise.

Nothing to worry, baby can not pass stool even for 3 days at a stretch ,check for symptoms like abdominal distension vomitting or flatus passed or not, if at any doubt consult over whatsapp or your nearest Paediatrician
Greetings
In infants of this age, a temporary delay in bowel movements is often normal and frequently shares characteristics with benign conditions like infant dyschezia or mild functional constipation, provided the child remains comfortable. To evaluate the situation fully, a pediatrician would consider several distinct possibilities, including standard dietary adjustments in breastfed or formula-fed infants, mild dehydration, or less commonly, anatomical or metabolic conditions like Hirschsprung's disease. If medical intervention is eventually required, standard treatment options typically involve gentle physical techniques like abdominal massage, dietary modifications under supervision, or pediatric-safe stool softeners prescribed by a doctor.
It's normal only
Some times you can wait upto 5 days if there is no Abdominal distension, if there is no excessive crying
And if your kid is taking feeds well passing urine then nothing to worry
