Sir,I'm suffering from heavy weight. How to avoid this?My height is 5'6 and weight is 71 kgs.I'm a student with more time sitting with project works.I eat both veg & non-veg...so,please tell me if there is any diet plan to follow based on the above life style and eating habits...

Pl take low carbohydrate, low fat diet. all foods with very low calorie like whole grains, brown breads, brown rice,oat,Dalia etc. low animal & organic meals rather more plant protien & sour ced foods. sleep less. small but frequently meals.
