Can you please guide me for my overweight. So that i can loose some weight. As I'm workig in IT company so i have to sit for atleast 10 hrs a day and due to this my weight is increased day by day.

You can easily lose between 3 to 5 kgs in a month. You just need meal planning that means planing every thing from breakfast till dinner. We will play with different combination of proteins , carbohydrate and fiber...write me in detail if you need my help.
