Having problem with weight control coz am 5.10ft weighing 90 kg and can't take care of what I eat properly coz am staying in hostel and mess food and exercising......I am having hard time what to exercise and how much...please help

Hi In a hostel life, you can try to have the quantity less, n have fresh fruits apart from whatever is served. Try to climb stairs daily for 10 minutes. That's a good cardio to lose weight.

Take all 3 meals but in less quantity specially carbohydrates, take fruits and low fat milk regularly. Sleep at least for 6 hrs to relax your body. Try yo do 30 mnt eirkout or indulge yourself in activities where physical movement required like whenever talking on phone or remembering something you can walk, take stairs or dance or any such activities uou can do

Food is not the major issue only whatever prepared take 3/4 of required quantity. Do more of walk n exercise (10 mins daily).
