hello there.
according to certain studies those things will work. one such example is capsule zerofat -a.
but the problem is the results can't be promised for the simple reason that i have not found satisfactory results with it myself. and also, it causes weakness and drowsiness in many people.
but what has worked for me is strict diet and exercise. and i'm sure it will help you also.
