Overthinking, inadequate and helpless
I think too much and it makes me very pessimistic. I don't enjoy things anymore. I think I hate people. Everything is a blur. My memory has become very bad. I have intense headaches. My energy level is low. I feel nervous and anxious when I go out of the house so I tend to stay inside. I feel people don't listen to me when I talk so I've stopped talking much. I think it's because I'm depressed, clinically depressed without suicidal attempts. But I do think of dying and death. I don't feel attached to anything or anyone. I don't know what I should do in life or what my interests are. I feel lost most of the time. People say I look dazed. I don't know what to do. And I don't know if I can accept things in order to change them. I hope you can try to help me. Thanks

Hello dear, Yes I would be very keen to help you. However please understand that for help you need to take the first step of taking a consultation with a psychiatrist near you. Your query on this platform is the first step to seeking help, and be fairly assured that your condition can be helped and you can get back to your healthy state of mind... Fromyour description provided here is seems that you are right about understanding your mental health problems as possible depression. However a comprehensive assessment will throw more light on the exact diagnosis and possible approach to management. A thorough evaluation including physical and mental health assessment will guide your management strategy. Hence my suggestion for you is to seek a consultation with a psychiatrist near you for comprehensive assessment and management... A combination of medication and psychological intervention is usually best suited for such problems. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future..
Next Steps
In the meanwhile please try to engage in some light physical exercise like walking or jogging, eat healthy and regularly as depression may impair your sleep and appetite, engage in some pursuit of your choice, refrain from substance use like alcohol or nicotine, try to talk to your family and friends about your problems... And most importantly seek a consultation with a psychiatrist near you.. God bless...
