Hello, Based on your symptoms- persistent fatigue, low motivation, physical inactivity, foot burning sensation, and overthinking- you may be experiencing a combination of physical and psychological factors, such as: a. Depressive symptoms or low mood spectrum disorder b. Possible Vitamin B12 or Vitamin D deficiency c. Peripheral nerve sensitivity (causing foot burning) d. Sedentary lifestyle effects due to work-from-home routine You are not alone- many people experience this when mind and body fall out of sync.
Next Steps
✅ Visit a psychiatrist or physician for evaluation. A few lab tests may be helpful (Vitamin B12, D3, TSH, fasting glucose). ✅ Begin structured routine even with 5-10 minutes daily walk indoors. Movement helps reverse fatigue. ✅ Consider talking to a mental health professional about the overthinking and motivation issues. ✅ For a guided, personalized recovery plan combining medication (if needed), therapy, and habit coaching- contact Neuronal Fix Clinic at +91 74X 52X 97X 67X 61X.

Fatigue, low motivation, overthinking, and body discomfort can be deeply connected to emotional overload or burnout. — Seema Lall Counseling Psychologist
