Hi After completing root canal treatment observed my canal was overfilled with gutta percha beyond apex core. Will it lead to any problem. My doctor even didn't prescribed me any antibiotics.

Antibiotics are not required if root canal is done properly under sterilised conditions ..If root can filling is over the apex by a minor margin you can wait and watch otherwise get it removed and refilled properly
