I am student, I was having vit c from few days, suddenly now I am feeling breathing difficulty, diarrhea, headache, but symptoms are mild, I know I want to visit physician but please tell any remedy or I should meet physician

You have not mentioned the dose you were taking. Vitamin C is a water soluble compound, so generally there can't be over dose, and our body can tolerate in large amounts. Your symptoms could be due to any other reason. Contact a doctor directly if symptoms persist.
