Overdose of vit D for 1 day
Today , by mistake , when i was given vit d to my infant of 1 mnth , i have fallen 4 drops instead of two drops . Will it be harmful for only today's mistake? Will it cause toxicity or any other symptoms? Please help . I feel worried

No....one extra dose will not be harmful for the baby But please check the dosage you're giving...it should be 400 IU per day

Dear parents, There is no vitd drops Given 2drop or 4drop For one month baby 400iu is Given 1ml and if 800iu 0.5ml is given once a day after feed 1ml drop=20 drops So Nothing to worry for 4drops

There is no harm of vitamin D3 . You have also check dose of vitamin D3 that you are giving with dropper .may be you are giving low dose already
