Over weight issue
I am over weight. more fat around arms abdomen, tummy, calf.. kindly help... excercise or yoga... help me with diet plan..

Hello,take low carbohydrates diet , have protein containing foods like chapatis ,which has protein with fiber , drink lot of water , increase intake of vegetables gradually , decrease intake of surgery foods , oily foods , junk foods , etc..Its wise to use home made foods , Aerobic exercises helps in reducing tummy but you must do it regularly
