You need to follow a proper fitness regime. Reduce carb intake, increase intake of proteins. Avoid maida products and deep fried items N sweets. Have lots of water, fruits to veggies. Follow a physical activity for 40min - 1hr 6 days a week. Like cardio, yoga, aerobics etc.
Hello.......usually Body mass index is used to calculate obesity... Your BMI is 36.. BMI above 30 is considered obesity... Hello..one can reduce weight by dietary and lifestyle change . Have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti... Avoid junk food, oily food items.. Exercise regularly (yoga or aerobics)...
