Hi Eat high fibre foods, locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, whole grain cereals, whole pulses, legumes , almonds and walnuts, seeds, low fat dairy products, toned or double toned or slim milk... Hi Weight lose is big problem now adays. For diet plan you need be guided properly can't give diet plan which you can follow till you achieve your target. I can jut advice you to eat small meal and cut down your carbs.

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4.
