Small changes can make a big impact. Try these eating tips. 1 #Avoid fats, particularly saturated & trans fats. 2#Cut back on, sugary drinks like soft drinks and energy drinks. Sugar-free versions are okay to drink sometimes, but sugar-free frizzy drinks are still acidic, which can have a negative effect on bone and dental health. Water is the healthiest drink – try adding a slice of lemon, lime or orange for flavour. 3# Eat fresh fruits and vegetables , they are rich in vitamins and minerals. Stock up fresh and seasonal fruits. 4#Do not skip your breakfast.A wholemeal or wholegrain breakfast cereal that is low in sugar served with low-fat milk can provide plenty of vitamins, mineral and fibre. Other fast and healthy options include yoghurt or wholemeal toast. #Don’t skip lunch and dinner either. # With friends always try opt for vegetable rolls or sandwich rather than those fried snacks, chips, sugary and junk items. 5# Increase your protein intake, try soy, tofu, milk & milk products. A balanced diet full of vitamin and minerals is best way towards healthy eating.
