Over thinking, excessive thought
Hi sir im 24 years male .. during past lockdown i feel more fear and anxiety about my health so if any symptoms appears i search in google and YouTube and it gives more negative information.. i suffered from ulcer .. for that symptoms i searched in Google it shows symptoms are related to heart attack so my fear and anxiety is worse after heart evaluation everything is fine so i forgot about heart related problem .. now my fear, anxiety are affect my daily life I'm most in idle so i watching YouTube and Google .. now i have fear about mental disorder Note : my symptoms are .. Overthinking Confusion Excessive thoughts Negative thoughts Anxiety Headache Fear ( Always Watching YouTube and Google about my problems search about my symptoms) I have fear about can i become a mental or psycho or something...

Hai..you are having excessive anxiety which is getting worsened by too much searching in google..first thing you have to do is to avoid searching in google  for the reason for your symptoms ..All symptoms you told are related to anxiety only .no physical issues ..Try to have adequate sleep of around 6to8hours and to do exercise and have healthy food ..i would also recommend you to do some stress relaxation exercises also
Next Steps
if anxiety is not getting controlled by the life style modifications as i have stated above..try to take a direct consultation either online or offline

Hi You Def won't become psycho... And don't look for these reassuring words from people around Its health anxiety and it can get better with CBT THERAPY sessions Stop doing Mr. Google half ot the problem will be solved there rest half I will solve Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online
