Over thinking, depressed all the time
I've been an overthinker for a long time but now this seems to be a problem for me. I overthink every situation, replay it in my mind for thousands of time with different scenarios and how and what I'm gonna do in every situation. I don't feel joy anymore. I don't say my opinion in a discussion thinking I might make a fool out of me. I'm always lost thinking about every single word a person said to me and analyzing why they said this and what exactly did they mean?
