All your rate related questions are dependent on your teeth condition. Also some dentists give you free consultation when you get treatment from them. Treatment charges range from 12k to 1L also depending on various options you select upon. Like cheap treatment like Beggs to Costly treatment like Invisalign, Lingual braces. Teeth extraction is usually cheap and upto 500.

The consultation fees are 200/-
We usually tell the fees after complete thorough examination of case and study the x-rays. I can not comment without seeing the actual case.
Extraction charges are also depend on which tooth to be extracted , it's difficulty level.
