Oral ulcer
He has non healing ulcer lateral tongue...biopsy was done on 10/ 3/2016and we received his topology report today which says as " moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma " what is the prognosis and where do we go from here...means what next

Sir immidiate go for chemotherapy.it will done under oncologist.if lower jaw is infected the they will cll oral surgeon.dont delay precautions and cure increase prognossis
