Oral submucuous fibrosis
Have osmf from last three years,few days back again i was started guthka which i taken earlier but now stop.Now my problem is that in the left side of the mouth in the joint of chik and gum there is littile red line which is very painful for movement of the lower side of the jaw and very painful...now i am very much tense the pain did not go away after takien pain killer and antibiotic.plz advise is it any big thing.

Dologel CT, 5 times/day, In clean mouth use finger/fresh ear bud for applying the gel, keep applied on gum area for 3 mins, not to swallow the saliva, rinse mouth thoroughly after 3 minutes. Not to eat anything for next 20 minutes.
