Oral Submucous Fibrosis
Dear sir I have oral submucous fibrosis from last three years,earlier taken guthka which complitly stop now from last seven months.My chicks colour are yelowish and white and my mouth opening is only 33mm canot resist spicy and hot food.Also the soft palate and hard are whitesh also have some small bowl in the soft palte.Already consult with ent,dentist and oral and maxilofacial surgeon,they told everything is normal but have to take long course.Do not understand taken medicine sm fibro.Please advise i am in dilema.

Stopping the gutka habit is appreciable. It is absolutely normal. Donot panic.... Things will take time to get back to normal. Keep up the good job...maintain healthy lifestyle. . Eat fruits n vegetables with plenty of water. Continue the tablet and maintain the regular checkup evry 4 months to a dentist. You will be fine shortly. Stay motivated
