Oral LP is in general a relapsing condition and requires time to heal. It is an autoimmune condition, so it can be controlled initially in intensive phase with immunesuppresants in tablet forms later can be maintained with gargles and oral gels.. There are certain precipitating ( conditions that increase oral LP) conditions which needs to be identified and withdrawn.kindly share pics and seek for online consultation.
