His mouth and lips are completely black due to eating a lot of 'pan'. It has been 30 yrs. Eats 6 to 7 times a day. Now he cannot bear anything even a bit spicy and coughs. Also he now face a little bit of difficulty in chewing food also. It's like an addiction to him. We concluded that the inside of his mouth is all cut and wounded due to the 'choona'. Please suggest something that we can do to help it get clean. Or anything that can give relief in the cuts.
