Black tongue and ulcer in mouth
Had faced disentry problem before 5 months back and she is facing digestion problem from 5months.After medication her tongue get black and developed ulcers since 5months. Now she is facing problem having food due to ulcers at throat as well.
She is patient of BP and Sugar.
