Hello doctor.. I have mouth ulcer problem right now and I often face this problem since last 5 years… although I have no stomach problem but I am suffering from  this. Specifically in the summer.. So kindly suggest  me some specific diet

avoid spicy oily n fried food. apply glycerin on affected area twice a day. take cap rinifol twice a day for one weej
