I believe you are talking about masturbatuon. This is just to reassure you that it's absolutely normal and it's not any disease or any kind of health hazard for body. The feeling of guilt at this age also normal. But you should get out of it and not think that it's something unusual happening to you. Every boy of your age goes through it.
