Asked for Male, 39 Years

I have operated my 2nd primary cancer of jaw On 26th April of last month with fibula flap from chest muscles. Still I am taking liquid and soft food. My stool is not clear and from last four days I have seen that my stool was black or something deep brown like tar like and red blood coming out from stool. I asked with my surgery doctor he told me it can be problem of diet change and may be symptoms of like piles suggested some medicine and test. Before operation my wait was 73 kg but I have seen my wait today is 60 kg only. Why wait loss is much like 13 kg within month. Is this for our big operation and diet problem or something other.
