Opinion on chemotherapy
My mom is diagnosed with breasts cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy. She is 58 years old. Her weight is 55 and height is 155 cms. She has completed 4 cycles of EC. Now next is 4 cycles of Paclitaxel. Need opinion in below two points:
1. Weekly dose or every 21 days. What is more beneficial.
2. Paclitaxel or Docetaxel which medicine is better.
Would really appreciate your opinion. Thanks in advance.

If you go by the evidence, best option is weekly paclitaxel or 3 weekly docetaxel as they would it superior to 3 weekly paclitaxel or weekly docetaxel.
Among the drugs both paclitaxel and docetaxel were equivalent if paclitaxel is given weekly and if docetaxel is given 3 weekly
