Chemotherapy
I have breast cancer in the second stage and i had my lump removed through surgery, in the biopsy the lymph nodes came out positive, but only 1 out of 5-6. The fish test was negative. So i was told to undergo chemotherapy, can you please suggest if that is necessary and also how many sessions. Also i wanted to know about oral chemotherapy via medicine, can it be done in this case and also where.

The prognosis is good is you complete your treatment as per chemotherapy required followed by radiotherapy followed by oral therapy with regular clinical examination

Hi    Sorry for you if as you have been diagnosed with Breast cancer but the good thing is it is curable. Actually you have to take 8 sessions of chemotherapy and also radiotherapy acc to the surgery which has been done to you. Sorry there is no oral chemo but hormonal therapy is given after chemo if ER and PR is positive on biopsy
