Absence of pain always does not indicate an absence of a disease or Pathology. If it is decayed, it would be prudent to go for the extraction of that wisdom tooth because it is not considered as a functional entity in the mouth. And because it is not considered as a functional unit there is no requirement of replacing an extracted wisdom tooth. Regards.
