Hello, I know it's difficult to have tongue thrust problem coz you will be having a lot of speech pronounciation problem.. coming to the treatment.. open bites can be two types skeletal and dental.. skeletal open bites have to be surgically treated where as dental openbites can be orthodontically treated using braces.. We will start you with the treatment with habit breaking appliances along with braces treatment.. Pls note dental openbites close up easily but have a tendency of mild relapse..
