Dear Patient, Thank you for sharing your concern. From your description, the pain from the hip to the knee may be due to nerve involvement (e.g., sciatica), muscular strain, or joint issues. While the prescribed medications (Intagesic MR, Rantac, Famoacid, and Vitamin B supplements) can provide symptomatic relief, persistent pain for over four days warrants a more detailed evaluation. It’s essential to identify the root cause of your pain through a thorough clinical assessment and possibly imaging studies like an X-ray or MRI if needed. Long-term use of certain medications, particularly painkillers or antacids, should be carefully monitored to avoid side effects. I recommend not continuing these medicines for 2–3 weeks without further medical supervision. To provide a targeted treatment plan tailored to your condition, I suggest scheduling a private consultation for an in-depth assessment. This will ensure we address the issue comprehensively and effectively. Please feel free to reach me directly at eight-zero-zero-nine-eight-two-one-three-three-two for further guidance and consultation.
