There are not just one but many causes of such a headache. We go by the common ones to the uncommon ones. First I would want you to give your body rest for some days, and avoid smoking/alcohol and caffeine. Stress can also cause such a headache. It could be sinus issues also But in case, you feel symptoms which are weird, like blurred vision, vertigo, severe headache, seek medical attention. But atleast once, you need a proper consultation.

Hlo sir it sounds like you are having a recurring one-sided headache, which started after a recent cold and may be worsened by night shifts. You can try the following: Take rest and try to maintain regular sleep even with night shifts. Stay well hydrated and avoid skipping meals. You can take a painkiller like paracetamol when the headache starts, but do not exceed the recommended dose. Avoid excessive caffeine or alcohol. Try to reduce stress and take short breaks during work. Since your headache is recurring on one side, lasts for several days, and comes back after taking medicine, it is important to consult a doctor to rule out issues like sinus problems, migraine, or other causes. If you develop symptoms like vision changes, weakness on one side, confusion, high fever, or vomiting, seek medical attention immediately. I hope it helps you.thanku 😊

Since your headache started after a recent cold and is one-sided, it could be due to sinus-related issues, migraine, or tension headache, especially with night shifts affecting your sleep.
Next Steps
Take adequate rest and stay well hydrated. Try steam inhalation twice daily if you still have nasal blockage. Maintain a regular sleep schedule as much as possible. You may take a simple pain reliever like paracetamol when required.
Health Tips
Please seek an in-person evaluation if The headache is very severe or different from usual, or Associated with vomiting, vision changes, or weakness or numbness, Or if it keeps recurring despite medicines.

Based on your condition, you might be suffering from MIGRAINE.
Next Steps
Do a MRI BRAIN, check BLOOD PRESSURE, PULSE, TO RULE OUT OTHER CONDITIONS. TAKE TABLET HEADSET 1 TABLET DAILY (FOR EMERGENCY RELEIF, NOT DAILY BASIS) TAB. PROPRANOLOL 40 MG ONCE DAILY, FOR HEADACHE CONTROL.
Health Tips
Visit a DOCTOR for MRI, BP, PULSE interpretation and give more details because HEADACHE CAN BE A WARNING SIGN FOR SOMETHING DANGEROUS AND NOT SIMPLE MIGRAINE.
