On thyroxine.
Recently i had total thyroidectomy. ive been gaining a lot of weight in a short amount of time. i do exercise but it does not help much. i am also on thyroxine, my question is, is it safe for me to take any fat burning supplements?

Fat burning pills are not safe even with a fully functional thyroid gland.
Please consult your doctor to increase or decrease the dosage of your medications and consult a endocrinologist and Nutritionist for the same.
Fat burning pills are never good for the body. You should avoid it.
